Mission Statement

In every class, Kyle strives to create an environment in which all students feel comfortable & encouraged to express and explore their artistic abilities. His theatre stylings pull from classic jazz elements (including early 20’s and Fosse), mixed with latin flair, and a touch of 70’s disco. His classes aim to educate students on performance inside & outside the studio, ensuring that they fuse their own artistry into movement while maintaining an understanding of style/story in the context of the choreography and industry. His classes focus on dropping choreography into the context of an actual performance, striving not only for excellent execution of movement, but also star-quality performance level. He is passionate about creating intelligent dancers that are able to captivate audiences of any avenue. He aims to be gracious to all those around be and constantly be aware of the great privilege he has to bring the joy of theatre and dance into the lives of others.
